まとめると、無駄なものは買わないし、食べない、よく運動diet_sportsして、食事は3食以内、野菜や魚中心でにくをどうしてもとりたい場合は少量の赤肉のみ。少しだけ取り込む。出来ればたんぱく質の摂取は、大豆や納豆などの植物性のもののみで十分なので、肉を一切食べない。
